Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — harmonex.com and our Amazon listings currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We're working on changing that.
How do I know if I qualify for Prime shipping?
The Buy with Prime button shows up for everyone at checkout. Click it and log into your Amazon account — if you have an active Prime membership, Prime shipping is applied automatically.
Can I upgrade to Expedited after I've placed my order?
Once an order is submitted it starts processing right away, so we generally can't change the shipping method after checkout. Reach out to our team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Which shipping method should I choose?
Standard (3–5 business days) is the most economical choice and is free on orders over $50. Expedited (1–2 business days) is available on any order size if you need it sooner.
